● Two sets of deviation correction systems for unwinding and overall deviation correction to ensure the accuracy of pole piece forming.
● Imported tungsten steel punch, processed by JG coordinate grinder, imported MISUMI hexagonal guide column guide, effectively guarantee the service life of die.
● Double-sided white space detection, servo motor automatically adjusts the feeding length, eliminates the misalignment error of coating, and ensures the size of pole lug strip.
● Double manipulator moves left and right to receive material at high speed.
● Non-contact dust removal, iron removal, removing dust on the front and back sides of pole pieces; The FFU fan at the top of the equipment supplies air, and the industrial dust removal system sucks dust under negative pressure at multiple stations such as die cutting and material collection, so that the air inside the machine circulates and flows, and the floating powder inside the machine is sucked away.
