●High precision: Through precise positioning of pole pieces, the overall positional precision of pole pieces during stacking is guaranteed ±0.3mm.
●Diaphragm precision: active unwinding, floating roller tensioning diaphragm, overall module deflection correction, diaphragm de-staticisation, diaphragm alignment precision ±0.2mm.
●Dust control: the material box and secondary positioning are equipped with effective dust-absorbing mechanism; the suction cup suction rod is made of non-metallic material; the positive and negative electrode material box and secondary positioning are isolated in the middle to prevent cross-contamination of positive and negative electrode materials.
●Measures for leakage of multiple slices: wind swinging of material box, slice brushes, servo shaking of robots to separate pole slices, ultrasonic sensors to detect leakage of multiple slices.
●Detection of missing corners of pole piece and pole ear: four corners of pole piece and pole ear detection to prevent missing corners of pole piece or folded corners of pole ear from being stacked into the electric core.
