● Diaphragm precision: active unwinding, floating roller tensioning diaphragm, overall module deflection correction, diaphragm de-staticisation, diaphragm alignment precision ±0.2mm.
● Dust control: the material box and secondary positioning are equipped with effective dust-absorbing mechanism; the suction cup sucking rod is made of non-metallic material; the positive and negative electrode material box and secondary positioning are isolated in the middle to prevent cross-contamination of positive and negative electrode materials.
● Measures for leakage of multiple slices: air swinging of material box, slice brush, servo shaking of robots to separate pole slices, ultrasonic sensors to detect leakage of multiple slices.
● Detection of missing corners of pole piece and pole ear: detection of four corners of pole piece and detection of pole ear to prevent missing corners of pole piece or folded corners of pole ear from being stacked into the electric core.
