Fully automatic lithium metal laminated machine
The negative material is isolated by a partition to prevent the polar sheet from sticking. The lamination process automatically recovers the partition and recycles it. CCD positioning method is used to correct polar sheets to prevent damage to polar sheets. Automatic polar polar films, polar ear angles and folding angles are removed to remove bad polar films. The suction plate is made of brightened modified engineering plastic and is treated with round corners throughout the week; the real air conditioning pressure valve is added to adjust the vacuum suction to prevent damage to the pole sheet. When taking and releasing the polar sheet, the corresponding end is vacuum-breaking to prevent the polar sheet from being pulled and causing imprints. The suction plate adopts a guide column guide sleeve guide cushioning to ensure that the suction plate is in stable contact with the pole sheet without impact when taking and putting the plate.
