Linear high-speed automatic laminating machine
●The linear motor is used to drive the manipulator to take and load the pieces, realizing high-speed and high-precision lamination, and reducing the noise of the machine operation. ●The CCD system takes pictures and locates the pole pieces, and the servo three-axis alignment platform corrects the position of the pole pieces; At the same time, it can detect the missing angle and size of the pole piece and the pole tab, and automatically eliminate the defective pole piece. ●Loading is equipped with air blowing, dividing brush, manipulator shaking sheets, multi-sheet detection, effectively preventing multi-sheet occurrence. ●Active tension control system: Servo motor continuously unwinding, servo motor torque mode accurately controls diaphragm tension, active buffer high-speed response compensates diaphragm recovery and release, makes diaphragm stable without jumping, and maintains diaphragm tension stability. ●Dust control: Positive and negative electrode material boxes, positioning and stacking stations are equipped with multiple dust suction ports, which are connected with fans for dust suction, and FFU air supply at the top of the outer cover, so that the internal pressure of the equipment is slightly positive, and air circulation and filtration are realized. ●Product parameters are formulated, and the type change is directly called; Modular and quick-release design of changing tooling; Material box, press knife, etc. are equipped with adjustment fixtures to quickly adjust and position; CCD one-button pattern change.
